Bill Public Funds and Financing - As enacted, adds debit card fraud to the definition of unlawful conduct that must be reported to the comptroller of the treasury; adds certain certified public accountants and firms to those with a duty to report unlawful conduct to the comptroller; removes immunity from those reporters who knowingly provide false information. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 4, Part 5.
