Bill Driver Licenses - As enacted, allows a student enrolled in a cooperative driver training program who is seeking an exemption from the skills or knowledge tests required for commercial driver licenses to submit the third-party driver examiner testing certification form to the department within one year of satisfactorily completing the driver education and training course. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50.
