Bill Education - As enacted, requires the department of education to establish a student support collaborative to review and define the roles and responsibilities for school social workers, school counselors, school psychologists, and school nurses; requires the basic education program (BEP) review committee to analyze the addition of a component for school social workers to the BEP funding formula and include such analysis in its 2018 annual report. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 68, Chapter 1.
