Bill Domestic Violence - As enacted, requires the court to give a defendant intending to plead guilty to a domestic violence offense notice of the firearm dispossession consequences of a domestic violence conviction and sets out a procedure for a person convicted of domestic violence to terminate possession of all firearms. - Amends TCA Section 39-13-111 and Section 40-14-109.
