Bill Landlord and Tenant - As enacted, classifies as material noncompliance and default by a tenant with a rental agreement, if the tenant pretends to have a disability-related need for an assistance animal in order to obtain an exception to a provision in a rental agreement that prohibits pets or establishes limits on the types of pets that tenants may possess on residential rental property. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21; Title 13, Chapter 20; Title 33; Title 39; Title 44, Chapter 17; Title 44, Chapter 8, Part 4 and Title 66.
