Bill Contractors - As enacted, increases the monetary limit that triggers requirement that review of the financial statement of an applicant for a contractor's license be attested by the reviewing accountant from $1.5 million to $3 million; increases maximum value of buildings that small commercial building contractors may build for use and occupancy by the general public from $750,000 to $1.5 million. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 6.
