Bill Animal Control - As enacted, establishes uniform requirement that agencies that take in stray and abandoned animals make an effort to contact the animal's owner within 48 hours of the receipt of the animal, or within two business days of the receipt of the animal when received on a Friday, when there is some identification marking or tag on the animal that bears notification information. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 14, Part 2; Title 44 and Section 55-4-290.
