Bill Education - As enacted, recognizes students who earn a composite score of 19 on the ACT, or an equivalent score on the SAT, and who also earn a capstone industry certification as promoted by the department of education, as a Tennessee Tri-Star Scholar upon graduation; requires schools to recognize the student as a Tennessee Tri-Star Scholar at the school's graduation ceremony. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 60.
