Bill Hearing and Hearing Aids - As enacted, authorizes an applicant for licensure as a hearing instrument specialist to substitute board certification by the national board for certification in hearing instrument sciences for the requirement that an applicant for licensure must have an education equivalent to two years of accredited college level coursework. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 17, Part 2.
