Bill Professions and Occupations - As enacted, changes the requirements for persons who have an ownership interest in an appraisal management company in order for the company to be registered; removes the current exception to an appraisal management company otherwise being prohibited from removing an appraiser from its appraiser panel or refusing to assign requests for real estate appraisal services to an appraiser without meeting certain requirements. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 39, Part 4.
