Bill TennCare - As enacted, requires the bureau to establish a program that identifies child TennCare enrollees who are likely to be eligible for federal supplemental security income due to disability upon reaching 18 years of age; requires the program to initiate counseling with and provide enrollment assistance to the child to prevent a gap in TennCare eligibility upon the child reaching 18 years of age. - Amends TCA Title 71.
