Bill Criminal Offenses - As enacted, creates the Class C felony of aggravated unlawful photographing when the defendant knowingly photographs a minor when the minor has a reasonable expectation of privacy, the photograph depicts the minor in a state of nudity, and the photography was taken for the purpose of sexual gratification of the defendant; requires a person convicted of aggravated unlawful photographing to register as a sexual offender. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
