Bill Human Services, Dept. of - As enacted, requires that the actual costs of providing services in child and spousal support cases and the clerks of court reimbursement rates be set according to the Study of Actual Costs of Activities by Clerks of Court for Child and Spousal Support Cases and Determination of Actual Costs for Reimbursement by the department of human services - revised report of study dated November 18, 1998; deletes the present law provisions that require the comptroller to conduct a study of the costs and issue a biennial report. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 5, Part 1.
