Bill Comptroller, State - As enacted, authorizes the comptroller to investigate Class A and B felonies related to private funds if there is a request by the attorney general and reporter or the district attorney general, the investigation is in conjunction with an open investigation by the Tennessee bureau of investigation, and an investigation would be in the public interest. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 4.
