Bill Cooperatives - As enacted, clarifies that the Rural Electric and Community Services Cooperative Act does not affect, abrogate, or eliminate any obligation of a cooperative's third-party contractors that are permitted by law to operate within the cooperative's service area to comply with applicable permitting requirements that the cooperative is subject to with respect to property that is held or controlled by a railroad company. - Amends TCA Section 65-25-105.
