Bill Gaming - As enacted, increases from $50,000 to $75,000 the amount of gross revenue earned at a nonprofit charitable gaming event necessary to require the nonprofit entity hosting the event to file with the secretary of state an audited financial statement prepared by an independent certified public accountant or an independent public accountant. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17.
