Bill Local Education Agencies - As enacted, requires that the compensation of county school board members be included in the school district budget submitted to the county legislative body, rather than being fixed by the county legislative body; prohibits reducing a county school board members compensation from the prior year; limits the amount of compensation paid to a county school board member to be no more than the compensation fixed for members of the county legislative body. - Amends TCA Title 49.
