Bill Sexual Offenders - As enacted, expands the uses of sex offender registration fees available to the registering agency to include the investigation of sexual offenses and the purchase of specialized equipment for use in the investigation of sexual offenses in addition to paying the administrative costs of the sexual offender registry. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
