Bill Human Rights - As enacted, requires the department of correction, the department of mental health and substance abuse services, and the department of human services to work with a nonprofit charitable organization to provide mandatory annual training to appropriate personnel in the identification, intervention, prevention, and treatment of human trafficking victims, and in the proper action that should be taken when dealing with a known or suspected victim of human trafficking; requires that the training be submitted to, and approved by, the TBI's human trafficking advisory council. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 37; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41 and Title 71.
