Bill Veterans - As enacted, requires the offering of discounted rates for activities at state parks to veterans who are Tennessee residents and a year-round discount in the amount of no less than 50 percent for camping and overnight cabin lodging fees at state parks to a state-resident veteran who has a service-connected disability that is determined by the veterans' administration to constitute a 100 percent permanent total disability. - Amends TCA Title 11, Chapter 3.
