Bill Real Property - As enacted, provides that if a person who already possesses a private easement or right-of-way of less than 25 feet granted determines that additional land is needed for the purpose of extending utility lines to the enclosed land, then the person must file a new petition requesting additional land; enacts other related requirements in regard to such a petition. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 16 and Title 54, Chapter 14.
