Bill Education, Dept. of - As enacted, requires the department, in administering the individualized education account program, to develop and implement a process for notifying all parents of their children's potential eligibility for an individualized education account, instead of only ensuring lower-income families are so notified; requires the department to report whether the process increased student participation in the program to the education committee of the senate and the education administration committee of the house of representatives by January 31 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
