Bill Expunction - As enacted, authorizes the TBI to notify the district attorney general for the judicial district in which a person petitions a court for expunction if the petitioner has been granted a prior expunction; clarifies what constitutes public records for the purpose of expunction; authorizes a court entering an order of expunction to release a copy of the order to the petitioner. - Amends TCA Title 38 and Title 40.
