Bill Elder Abuse - As enacted, requires that court clerks notify the health facilities commission, instead of the department of health, when an offender is to be placed on the registry of persons who have been determined to have abused, neglected, misappropriated, or exploited the property of vulnerable individuals; requires that such notice is given within 90 days of conviction of the offense. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 5.
