Bill Ethics - As enacted, requires assistant director and general counsel of the bureau of ethics and campaign finance, if any, to be employed upon the recommendation of the executive director and approval by the board of directors of the bureau; requires persons and entities required to register with the registry of election finance or the Tennessee ethics commission to provide an email address, or alternatively, a mailing address if no email address is available, for the purpose of serving notice upon the registrant. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 55.
