Bill Opioids - As enacted, permanently extends the present law, which is set to terminate on July 1, 2023, that establishes limitations on the prescription of opioids and authorizes the promulgation of rules related to the calculation of those limitations and makes other changes relative to opioids; makes related changes. - Amends TCA Section 53-10-303; Section 63-1-164 and Chapter 1039 of the Public Acts of 2018.
