Bill Education - As enacted, clarifies that public charter schools and the state board of education are prohibited from employing individuals found by the department of children's services to have committed an act of child abuse in the same manner as other educational entities; clarifies that the state board is prohibited from granting, reactivating, or restoring an educator license or temporary teaching permit for such individuals; adds the state board and public charter schools to the list of educational entities to which the department is required to make certain disclosures when one of its employees is alleged to have committed an act of child abuse. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 5.
