Bill Criminal Offenses - As enacted, removes those convicted of criminal exposure to HIV from having to register as a sex offender; allows an offender, who was required to register as a sex offender because the offender was convicted of the offense of criminal exposure of another to HIV and the offense was committed prior to July 1, 2023, to file a request for termination of registration requirements with TBI headquarters in Nashville. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
