Bill Local Education Agencies - As enacted, requires an LEA to pay a teacher their full salary, in addition to their full benefits, if the teacher is absent from assigned duties as the result of a personal injury caused by a physical assault or other violent criminal act committed against the teacher in the course of the teacher's employment activities, with certain limitations and exceptions. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 5, Part 7.
