Bill Trenton - Subject to local approval, expands the responsibilities of the city recorder to include the administration of functions for necessary and proper municipal operations, and to make such reports of the finances of the city as required and called on by the Mayor and Board; expands the residency requirement for the chief of police by authorizing the chief to reside anywhere in the county rather than just the city. - Amends Chapter 14 of the Private Acts of 2011.
