Bill Mineral mines reclamation; bonds and liens. Increases, from a range of $200 to $1,000 per acre to a fixed amount of $3,000 per acre, the mandatory bond amount furnished by operators on mining land. The bill increases the minimum size of the Minerals Reclamation Fund from $250,000 to $2 million. Virginia HB 1509 (2017) — Mineral mines reclamation; bonds and liens.

Increases, from a range of $200 to $1,000 per acre to a fixed amount of $3,000 per acre, the mandatory bond amount furnished by operators on mining land.
