Bill Virginia Freedom of Information (FOIA) Advisory Council; terms of nonlegislative citizen members. Virginia HB 1932 (2017) — Virginia Freedom of Information (FOIA) Advisory Council; terms of nonlegislative citizen members.

Clarifies that at the end of the appointed term of a nonlegislative citizen member of the FOIA Advisory Council, the nonlegislative citizen member shall continue to serve until a successor is appointed. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council.
