Bill Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act; notice of uncorrected violations. Provides that if a landlord does not remedy a violation of an ordinance involving the health and safety of tenants in a manufactured home park within seven days of receiving notice from the locality of such violation, the locality must notify tenants of the manufactured home park who are affected by the violation. Virginia SB 1123 (2017) — Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act; notice of uncorrected violations.

Provides that if a landlord does not remedy a violation of an ordinance involving the health and safety of tenants in a manufactured home park within seven days of receiving notice from the locality of such violation, the locality must notify tenants of the manufactured home park who are affected by the violation.
