Bill Ohio River Basin Commission; repeals sections relating to participation by the Commonwealth. Virginia SB 1270 (2017) — Ohio River Basin Commission; repeals sections relating to participation by the Commonwealth.

Repeals two sections of the Code of Virginia relating to the participation by the Commonwealth in the Ohio River Basin Commission. The Commission, established by federal executive order in 1971, was terminated by executive order in 1981. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Code Commission.
