Bill	Voluntary boundary agreement; Counties of Spotsylvania and Orange.	Allows the Counties of Spotsylvania and Orange, in adopting a voluntary boundary agreement, to attach to their petitions to the circuit court a Geographic Information System (GIS) map depicting the boundary change.
