Bill Towing fees; sets maximum towing hookup and initial towing fees. Provides that localities in Planning District 8 and Planning District 16 shall establish by ordinance a hookup and initial towing fee of no less than $135 and no more than $150. Virginia HB 1865 (2019) — Towing fees; sets maximum towing hookup and initial towing fees.
