Bill Virginia Land Conservation Foundation; project proposals. Directs the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation to conduct a grant round each year to identify and rank projects for the subsequent fiscal year. Virginia HB 2009 (2019) — Virginia Land Conservation Foundation; project proposals.

Directs the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation to conduct a grant round each year to identify and rank projects for the subsequent fiscal year.
