Bill	Motor vehicle dealers; definitions.	Provides that offering to sell, selling, displaying, or permitting the display for sale of five or more vehicles within any 12 consecutive months creates a rebuttable presumption that a person is a motor vehicle dealer. Current law defines such person as a motor vehicle dealer. The bill provides for new trailers to be treated similarly to new motor vehicles in various provisions.
