Virginia HB 1049 (2020) — Discrimination; sexual orientation and gender identity.

Prohibited discrimination; sexual orientationand gender identity. Prohibits discrimination in employment,public accommodation, public contracting, apprenticeship programs,housing, banking, and insurance on the basis of sexual orientationor gender identity.
