Bill Congressional and state legislative districts; written descriptions of boundaries not required. Congressional and state legislative districts; written descriptions of boundaries not required. Removes the requirement that the Division of Legislative Services prepare written descriptions of the boundaries of congressional and state legislative districts. Congressional and state legislative districts; written descriptions of boundaries not required. Removes the requirement that the Division of Legislative Services prepare written descriptions of the boundaries of congressional and state legislative districts.
