Bill Attorney fees; control of court. Claim for attorney fees. Aligns the provisionfor a claim for attorney fees to be paid out of money or property under control of the court with Rule 3:25 of the Rules of SupremeCourt of Virginia by providing that the claim for such attorney feesshall be made in a complaint, petition, or other proceeding. Virginia HB 1346 (2020) — Attorney fees; control of court.

Claim for attorney fees. Aligns the provisionfor a claim for attorney fees to be paid out of money or property under control of the court with Rule 3:25 of the Rules of SupremeCourt of Virginia by providing that the claim for such attorney feesshall be made in a complaint, petition, or other proceeding.
