Virginia HB 1369 (2020) — Land bank entities; conflict of interests.

Land bank entities; conflict of interests. Replaces an existing conflict of interests standard for members of the board and employees of a land bank entity by providing that, with regard to any contract or proposed contract for materials to be furnished to or used by the land bank entity, such members and employees are subject to the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act.
