Protective orders; motions to dissolve filed by petitioner; ex parte hearing and issuance of order. Provides that, upon motion by a petitioner to dissolve a protective order, a dissolution order may be issued on an ex parte basis with or without a hearing and that a hearing on such a motion shall be heard by the court as soon as practicable.
