Virginia SB 356 (2020) — Aircraft; no aircraft shall be required to be registered if brought into Commonwealth for repairs.
Aircraft; registration; definition. Requires an aircraft be registered in the Commonwealth if it is based in the Commonwealth for more than 90 days during a calendar year.
