The bill also requires local school boards to employ one full-time equivalent school counselor position per 325 students in grades kindergarten through 12, effective with the 2021-2022 school year. Virginia SB 880 (2020) — School counselors; minimum staffing ratio, effective clause.

Minimum staffing ratio for school counselors.
