Virginia SB 5018 (2020specialI) — Terminally ill prisoners; conditional release.
Conditional release of geriatric or terminally ill prisoners. Provides that any person serving a sentence imposed upon a conviction for a felony offense, other than a Class 1 felony, who is terminally ill, and who is not serving a sentence for conviction of first or second degree murder, is eligible for consideration by the Parole Board for conditional release.
