Virginia SB 1102 (2021) — Personal care aides; DMAS shall establish an orientation program for certain aides.

Department of Medical Assistance Services; personal care aides; orientation program. Requires the Department of Medical Assistance Services to establish an orientation program for all personal care aides who provide self-directed services through the Medicaid program.
