Alcoholic beverage control; operation of governmentstores; sale of low alcohol beverage coolers. Prohibits the Boardof Directors (the Board) of the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage ControlAuthority from selling in government stores low alcohol beveragecoolers not manufactured by licensed distillers.
