Health insurance; discrimination prohibited against covered entities and contract pharmacies. Prohibits carriers and pharmacy benefits managers from discriminating in the requirements, exclusions, terms, or other conditions imposed on a covered entity or contract pharmacy on the basis that the entity or pharmacy is operating under the 340B Program of the federal Public Health Service Act.
