Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors; smoke detectors; update regulations. Requires the Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Homes Inspectors to require that a home inspection and the report on its findings include a determination of whether the home's smoke detectors are in "good working order," as defined by the Board.
